Activation Date: What You Need to Know

1 Why Is the Travel/Activation Date Important?

Travel date: The Travel date ensures we send out eSIMs/SIM cards that are valid right from the start of your trip.

Activation date: An Activation date ensures your eSIMs/SIM cards are ready to use as soon as you insert them into your device when you land.

How It Works:

1. Choose the Correct Date at Checkout:

Select the date you plan to start using the SIM.
Avoid choosing a date earlier or later than you actually need.

2. Quick Activation Process:

Activation usually takes just a few minutes but can sometimes take up to a couple of hours.

2 Not Sure About Your Dates?

If you’re unsure of your exact travel or activation dates, enter an estimated date a few weeks ahead. Then, get in touch with us as soon as possible—or at least 3–4 days before the date noted on your order—through the “Help” page or by emailing us directly at support@simcorner.com with your updated dates. We’ll adjust them accordingly.

If you need to change your activation date, contact us any time before the date noted on your order. You can reach us via the contact form or by emailing support@simcorner.com. Be sure to include your order number so we can quickly make the changes for you.
