The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim card in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;
iPhone settings
▪ Go to Settings > General > Profile.
▪ Delete any/ all profiles you see that you are not using. Then follow the steps below. Even if you don't have this setting in your phone still proceed to the next step.
▪ From the main menu, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings > Reset network settings
Alternatively, please try going to Settings > mobile> mobile data network> and fill in the APN Name and APN fields. (This setting may not be available in some iPhones)
▪ APN: bicsapn
▪ Username: not required (leave empty)
▪ Password: not require (leave empty
Android settings
▪ Check the Access Point Name (APN) settings. Steps may slightly vary to access this section with different phones:
Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
▪ The correct APN profile should be "Internet". Select this name and try connecting to the internet. If there are no APN settings there, add the APN manually and only fill out the following two fields:
▪ APN Name: SimCorner
▪ APN: bicsapn
▪ Do not fill out any other fields, but ensure you save this APN profile.
