1) Order your Turkiye eSIM from SimCorner

2)You will receive your eSIM and Instruction via the email address provided within 5-10 minutes of purchase. The instruction steps will provide detailed step by step instructions with screenshots on how to install your prepaid travel eSIM.

**If you do not receive the email with the instructions, please check your Spam folder and whitelist our domain( simcorner.com ) and also support@simcorner.com from your email program you are using, as it may be wrongly flagged as Spam. Please then contact us at support@simcorner.com and we can send this instructions to you again manually.**

3) When you land at your destination, simply open the email we have sent you and install the eSIM (detailed step by step instructions with screenshots will be provided). Your days of service will start when the eSIM is connected to a network in Turkiye. This will be the day that your service commences.

We recommend turning off your local eSIM/physical sim or removing your physical sim so you don't accidentally use your local carriers service.

4) Turn on Mobile data and Data Roaming for your eSIM whilst on your trip and start using your data.

5) At the end of your trip and/or expiry of the sim, just delete the sim profile.

However, we recommend that you use data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc to make phone calls. You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make Local and International phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.

This sim cannot be recharged. If you are travelling for longer than 90 days, please purchase multiple eSIMs accordingly.

This Turkiye Data eSIM is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.

However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.

  • When you land at your travel destination, follow the steps noted in the email and your eSIM will be ready to use.

Yes, you are able to hotspot/tether from your phone to another phone or device.

You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service. The travel SIM will be active from when you install the QR on your phone. It is on this date that your 90 days of service will have commenced.

The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim card in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings noted in the instruction guide that comes with the QR code, that is emailed to you.

This sim cannot be recharged. Please ensure you purchase the correct duration based on how long your trip is for. Your days of service will start when the eSIM is connected to a network in Turkiye. This will be the day that your service commences.

Should you run into any issues with the eSIM whilst overseas then we encourage you to email us immediately at support@simcorner.com and let us know the following information;

  • Your order number or the name that the order is under
  • Which country you are in currently and whether the eSIM connects to any network, if so, which network?
  • Did you receive any SMS after you installed the eSIM. If so, please send us a screenshot of that message.
  • Message us screenshots of any error message you are getting.
  • What phone model you are using?
  • Any other information about the issue, which will assist us in helping you resolve the issue. 

You are not able to send SMS and make phones calls with this eSIM. We recommend that you use database apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype to send messages to friends and family.
