Once the eSIM is loaded, you simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service.
The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim card in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;

▪ Go to Settings > General > Profile.
▪ Delete any/ all profiles you see that you are not using. Then follow the steps below. Even if you don't have this setting in your phone still proceed to the next step.
▪ From the main menu, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings > Reset network settings

You are not able to send SMS and make phones calls with this Europe eSIM. We recommend that you use database apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype to send messages to friends and family.
